HRS4R Seal

Stages to obtain the HRS4R Seal:

1. Internal analysis to verify the adequacy between the UPCT policies and the principles contained in the C&C (GAP analysis UPCT)
2. Prepare an Action Plan with the corrective measures to be implemented to achieve compliance with the C&C principles:
   • Action Plan HRS4R-UPCT
   • Open, Transparent and Merit-Based Recruitment (OTM-R) checklist
3. Obtaining the HR Excellence Award (12/08/2022): European Commission approval of the UPCT’s internal analysis and action plan
4. Self-assessment within two years from obtaining the award
5. External assessment every 4 years to retain the “HR Excellence in Research” quality seal
